      From March 29 to March 30,2019.       Zhao Kuan, chairman of the board of directors, pointed out at the survey symposium that after two days of investigation and visits, many outstanding problems which are difficult to find in peacetime were found, which requires that we should pay attention to them and take them seriously to solve the problems found in practice. All factories and departments should learn from each other and make up for each other's weaknesses so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises as a whole. The chairman emphasized that the development of the group should attach importance to talents, introduce talents from outside and cultivate talents from inside, consolidate the fundamentals of enterprise development, attach importance to the market, think positively and give full play to the positive market-oriented role, attach importance to management, enhance efficiency, realize systematization, modernization, informatization and intellectualization of management, and attach importance to innovation, lead development and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise scientific research and innovation. 

       General Manager Mao Wenwen briefed and analyzed the problems found in the survey, and asked each block to strengthen the study of benchmarking, actively find their own problems, solve the problems effectively, and further improve the level of fine management.
